Registration will open on 21 April.
Registration for in person participation will stay open until 12 July or until all available seats in the venue are reserved. We will update the number of available seats on this page once registration started.
Registration for online participation is open until 10 August.
Both types of participation are free of charge.
Information for authors
At least one author of each accepted talk/poster is asked to register until 12 June. We assume that talks/posters without at least one registered author after 12 June are withdrawn.
Authors and co-authors of accepted talks and posters are asked to indicate their authorship and their contribution’s title during the registration process. We encourage speakers to partake in person, but also accept registrations for online participation.
Please take into account that posters will be available in only one modality, i.e. if you partake in person, your poster will be available to all in person participants; if you partake online, your poster will be available to all online participants.
